The anti-women actions of the BJP will be exposed to the public: Pawan Kumar Bansal

The issue of women's safety in Chandigarh as well as in this country, is a serious matter on which the government pays no attention. While addressing thousands of women in Vikas Nagar during the visit of Alka Lamba, National President of Mahila Congress, Congress Senior leader and former MP Pawan Kumar Bansal said that Congress party believes in equal rights given to women by the constitution, and is making every effort to ensure that every woman in the country gets these rights. He assured that they are empowering women along with ensuring their participation. While under the rule of the BJP, women feel insecure even with BJP leaders. Recalling incidents from Manipur to Hathras and BHU in UP, there are numerous incidents which have embarrassed the entire country multiple times. In the BJP's rule, Bilkis Bano's culprits get released (later getting detained by the order of the Supreme Court). With unjust incidents like this, how can women feel safe in this country. We have to expose these actions of the BJP to the public, said Pawan Kumar Bansal.

"Even today, women in the country have to struggle for their rights. In addition, inflation has had the greatest impact on kitchen expenses, which today are mostly borne by our mothers and sisters. Today, the situation is such that even middle-class women have to spend all their monthly allowance to meet the needs of the household. Women have suffered a lot under this government, and now it is time to change this situation."
