Chandigarh MP Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal was accorded a warm welcome in Mauli Jagran where he went to participate in a Pad Yatra, organized by block congress committee. Bansal spent about two hours in the area, comprising, Mauli Jagran and Vikas Nagar.

The eighth Pad Yatra of the party in the city started from the roundabout of Mauli Jagran near police post, where Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal was received by hundreds of congress workers and residents of Mauli Jagran. As the march started, he passed through the streets of Mauli Jagran and later Vikas Nagar. The residents came out on the street and followed him in a convoy.

Pawan Kumar Bansal meeting each individual assured him of taking up all the issues of the residents while his supporters talked about the developmental works undertaken during his two regimes as Chandigarh MP.

Besides, general public, prominent among those who accompanied him included Mauli Jagran Block president Naseerulah Khan, vice president, Paras Nath and district congress vice president Hukum Singh.
